SpringCoin (anow Avant) is Y-combinator startup that used algorithms to pay down debts intelligently. The firm later pivoted to making direct loans and rebranded as Avant, currently worth $2B+.
I was contracted to give the site a design makeover to increase signups and improve the retention rate.

Onboarding
SpringCoin had the tricky task of securing banking and loan information during signup. The solution was a multi-step process with a friendly UI, contextual help, and transparency throughout.
Dashboard
One main product challenge was clearly communicating the state of the customer's loans, assets and debots, and budgets.
We also needed to clearly display upcoming payments, and offer the ability to link to those accounts so they could autopay through the app.
